Similar to the rose, the perennial carnation holds a myriad of meanings depending on the colour offered, from love and heartbreak to friendship, fascination and sweetness. Known as the flower of the God, the Carnation was originally a wild plant in Europe and known to have been used for the first time by Greeks and Romans in garlands. Today, their popularity remains instilled in the flower world due to their spicy fragrance, life-span of 1-2 weeks (depending on care) and availability all year long.
*Pictured: 40 stems wrapped and in a vase.
*Vase sold seperately. Not included.
*Stem count is based on approximate number of pieces. If we feel a stem is damaged or not suitable for your arrangement, we will not include it in your order. We reserve the right to decide to pull any stems which are not worthy to be delivered. This may affect the over all count from time to time which is why our stem count is an approximate number.
We aim please our customers by delivering fresh flowers, in great condition, on time.
Freshness and Damage
Our flower orders will often be sent out in bud form meaning they will last longer with the recipient. While our flowers are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left us, on occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may be damaged in transit. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh or are damaged, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com to let us know.
If the flowers do not meet our own high standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the un-fresh or damaged flowers within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
While we take all appropriate steps to make sure our flowers are delivered, sometimes mistakes occur. If we fail to deliver your order (i.e. if your flowers have not arrived within 3 days of their intended delivery date) we will either send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or we will refund you the full price of your order within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns.
DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, FRANZIE'S FLOWER DESIGN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ANY ITEM FROM THIS SHOP OR ADJUST PRICES ACCORDING TO MARKET CONDITIONS.
